Hi Adobe Team,

As we know we can get to know how much time user spent on previous page when user navigates to another page. we would want to know if any user tries to download any doc , is there a way we can get how much time it took for the user to download the pdf/doc..or if he downloaded 50%, and cancel the download , will we get to know at what percentage the download was cancelled?. i dont think we have readymade info available as of now in the tool however wanted to know is it possible to get these type of data?if yes, how?

please let me know the answer at the earliest.

regards,

Hiday

Hi,

The actual download percentage of a file can't actually be tracking through Adobe Analytics implementation as the download happens at the browser's end and there doesn't seem to be a way to capture the progress for the same using scripts.
