Delay in receiving scheduled dashboards




I have set 3 daily dashboards at different times to monitor the daily traffic trend on my website. I have also set to send those dashboards at people at my company on those 3 different hours.

Lately I have noticed that the receiving of the dashboards has some time delay (e.g.: the dashboard is set to be sent at 11am, but it is not sent before 11:30am): since those reports are needed to check the traffic and to take quick actions, that half hour lag represents a problem for us.

What could I do?
