Unfortunately, you can't classify the Country (nor City, State, etc) dimensions.
I'm not sure if Data Sources could help you here, by setting a "Region" eVar based on the Country. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/import/data-sources/datasrc-home.html?lang=en

As previous you cant directly classify them..
You could try copy Country metric to a new evar then classify it.
