We have configured some data warehouse reports. Some of them failed and we corrected them later.
But we still get Failure reports like below for the old requests that were not successful . Is this possible to cancel these requests?? The emails were supposed to have an unsubscribe link too. But i dont see the unsubscribe option anywhere in the email. This is bothering a lot of users as an email distribution list(DL) was used while setting the the report initially. Although the email address has been changed, the failure reports of past emails are still going to the same DL
Please raise a support ticket with Client care at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will cancel these reports from backend which will stop these failure emails. Mention all Request IDs in your email that need to be canceled.
