Asked questions not visible

Good morning. I'm trying to ask a question and even though I received a "Success!" banner, it's not visible in the questions list:

There could be some glitch as those links are not taking me to any question rather we have this screen-

Thank you for checking @HemanginiS, I indeed can't see my posts in a private window. After several new attempts, I found out that the issue was coming from some JSON I wanted to include in my question (both formatted or not):

EDIT: I've tried to edit it and it made it disappearing. This forum doesn't seem to like things that looks like JSON.
