Analytics AppMeasurement 2.10 (JavaScript) release date?

Hey guys, does anyone know what's the deal with the release of the Analytics AppMeasurement version 2.10?

It was announced "Releasing September 20, 2018" here: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/whatsnew/

It's September 24 already (in Sydney), but the latest version available is still 2.9...

Has it been delayed? I couldn't find any announcements about it.

Looks like it was delayed, we informed about this to our team and it is now available in code manager
