I'd love for a bug to be created, but we'd need a way to consistently reproduce it.
Since a solid portion of people don't use my.omniture.com anymore due to Experience Cloud migration, the URL looks correct. If we're able to figure out how we can always get the blank screen, then we can involve customer care + engineering and get a fix out. If you happen to stumble across this, trying Alexis's suggestion of refreshing the page might be our best bet until then.
