Adobe Analytics tier required for Forms?

We want to set up an internal test with our own Analytics sandboxes - which Tier of Adobe Analytics is required to enable the collection of AEM Forms 6.3 analytics? http://www.adobe.com/au/marketing-cloud/web-analytics.html
