As Adobe users do we need to change anything in preparation for the switch to ParallelTracking? Currently as part of our AdWords integration we use tracking templates at campaign level to report on AdWords performance. Am I likely to lose anything in their current form?

As long as your paid search query string parameter makes it to your landing page, I don't expect any impact with parallel tracking.
