It would be great if we could include a period 0 (day 0, week 0, etc.) within a cohort table for us to better understand the significance of the subsequent periods.

The "included" column is period 0, that represents all visitors that fell into the cohort for the first day/week/month and then all subsequent columns represent day 1+ activity.
