Currently, the only way to obtain User Statistics out of the system is by querying, downloading, analyzing logs under Admin Console -> Logs. This approach is somewhat effective, but cumbersome...especially for period-over-period analysis. But frankly, it is next to impossible over my 20+ Login Companies!
I can currently derive the following stats in a pretty straightforward manner from the logs:
| User Accounts | Excel Logins | Excel Reports | Web Logins | Logins Created | "Other" Count | Web Reports Downloaded | Web Reports Viewed |
What I would really like to see a standard reporting UI for this data. In addition, I would like to get more detailed data on which reports were run, length of login, frequency, errors encountered...that sort of thing.
