Tried to login and get Internal Server error (500 status code). contacted support and they stated "We’re currently in the process of running updates with our monthly maintenance release. You should have access to reporting in about an hour." It's 3pm PST on a Thursday afternoon. Support stated they want to do while engineers are at work in case anything occurs. I've never heard of any major software in production handling releases this way. Normally off peak hours and end users should never experience outages by having load balanced servers where you update one, interval up time, etc... but am sure your networking folks should understand.
