Often times, the client cache gets heavy or our users experience synchronization issues which require the user to navigate to their local cache (\user\cache.db) and purge the file. Instead of having the user navigate to this location, what do you think the feasibility would be to develop a menu option available in the Insight client to purge this activity? I would imagine if this was available, it would force the user out of the client and re-start the application (similar to how upgrades works).
