Favorite workspace templates

I depend a lot on the use of Workspace Templates in my usage.  Now that we have all of the standard templates and a growing number of custom templates, the initial "All Templates" tab is pretty long for me.

But I, personally, tend to use just a few of those templates (but I use those few many times a day).

I would like to be able to tag or mark as "favorite" templates - the effect of which is then to have a new (default) tab in the New Project dialog that shows me just my favorited templates (but still leave the "All", "Standard" and "Custom" tabs in that dialog).  This would empower the user to control their work environment and help improve productivity.

This is related to idea 10402 - "Ability to hide standard templates" - taking a different approach to the same problem.
