The current Discover export mimics the on screen display of the data. Attached is an example.
The current data format is entirely UNUSEFUL when even simple additional analysis (ratios, comparisons, etc) is required using tools such as Excel, Tableau, R, or importing the data into a SQL database.
Discover needs to export a file AND provide a API which makes this process easy.
A standard format is a ASCII file that contain rectangular data with a header.

This will save me and all all of your users considerable time by reducing the time needed for data manipulation. It will also save Omniture TIME and MONEY by avoiding the need to add analysis tools into Discover. As analysts all we need is the data.
