Someone asked me to put together a dashboard for some marketing activities and schedule it so it appears every week, which works a treat. Once the dashboard has been reviewed by the end user, they pull together some points and normally include these in the email when they send it out. However the email and PDF dashboard get separated and therefore the commentary is not always seen. Adobe Acrobat, has the feature where a pre-created PDF can have additional objects and text added to the document for other people to see, however we can't use this feature as the Document Security Properties has been set to "Not Allowed" for Commenting.
Therefore I would like to suggest that Commenting is set to Allowed for PDF extracts taken from SiteCatalyst and Discover (et al), which would make to the whole process above a lot easier.
