The following are known issues with the Analysis Workspace and the Freeform Analysis tool as of 19 June 2015. You do not need to submit additional bugs on this forum if your experience matches the description for the issues listed below. In that case, we invite you to locate the specific post that represents the issue you are experiencing, and then "heart" it, which will provide signal to Adobe regarding the scope of the issue.

  • It is currently not possible to do use Customer Attributes data (i.e., data uploaded using the Customer Attributes feature in Adobe Marketing Cloud) in Freeform Analysis.

---

UPDATE: All of the issues listed below will be resolved with the Summer (June) 2015 release of Adobe Analytics. We will add additional known issues above this line following the release.

  • When sharing projects with other members of your organization, they cannot see the project in the Project Manager.
  • When switching report suites, after spinner is done on the chart, it shows the old chart for a second then switches to the new report
  • Combining Metric and Segment columns causes the chart to break
  • When you drop a bar chart on an empty table, the spinner spins endlessly until you drop something on the table
  • Chart axis labels don’t utilize Metric Filter (e.g., Revenue doesn’t show ‘$’)
  • When Bounce Rate is used as a column, the chart displays all zero values
  • If you are on a report suite A which has custom calendar configuration A, and you switch to report suite B that has custom calendar configuration B, it will not switch to the correct custom calendar configuration
  • Sparklines don’t respect date draggable filters
  • In rare cases, columns can become misaligned

Adobe will be reviewing submitted bugs/issues frequently throughout the public beta, and will be commenting on posts to provide updates as often as possible. The list in this post will also be updated frequently as Adobe adds known items to its issue queue for the Analysis Workspace.
