In Data Insertion Process | Adobe Developer Connection​, there is a paragraph that is incomplete:

The "0" code at the end of the URL indicates that the data submission requires JavaScript processing. For example:

Seems like someone noticed it on 13 September (2016?) but it still hasn't been fixed.
