I am not new to Adobe Marketing Cloud, however I had a client ask me about sales tracking through a Customer Service Click to Chat Link.
Is it possible to track sales through a Click to Chat window with Adobe Marketing Cloud.
I am not familiar enough with the way chat windows work to know whether this is a possibility? If so how would I accomplish it? If not is there a work around?
Any resources, assistance, etc... would be greatly appreciated.
