Totals from 2 date ranges are the same

I have a report that total visits over several time frames. My total for this month and since our launch in January are the same can anyone describe this behaviour ?

Found the problem. Adobe was only acquired this month.

Good to know...In other cases, can correlate each one with days dimensions for a granular comparison.
