Too easy to get locked out

After 3 failed login attempts to Reports & Analytics, the following message appears:

ERROR As a security precaution this account has been locked due to too many failed attempts to log in.

Several problems:

  1. It's not an "error". It's a (draconian) security measure.
  2. Three (3) tries, really? That's the same level of security as a bank. It would be nice to relax it a little, it's just numbers about web pages after all.
  3. Resetting password works fine. Except that it doesn't lift the block.  It should. Or just disable that too, it just creates additional work for the user without any benefit.

It would be great if Adobe could fix this, this is really an impediment to work.
