Revenue is inaccurate. The amount is getting multiplied by orders But we have one order in out backend

We are facing an issue where AA reporting more revenue than actual amount in our back ends. here is the scenario.

1) we have some orders where in AA its showing 6 orders for one transaction id. but in our back end we have only one order. and this is happening only for few orders.

1) Can see all the purchase event logs ?

Hi Venkat, are you currently using the purchaseID variable in your implementation? If a user bookmarks and revisits an order confirmation page, it can inflate orders and revenue. Using purchaseID ensures that the order is only counted once.
