React / JS SDK?

Is there a JS SDK that can be used in a React Native app? I see there is a Cordova SDK option,  I guess that can be repurposed?

Hi John, are there any incompatibilities with the generic JS Appmeasurement file or loading DTM with React JS? What are the obstacles there?
