Mobile marketing tracking of in-app events to external system

One of our partners is using Adobe Analytics for their Mobile Marketing tracking in their app.

We need to integrate that tracking (for example in-app registration events etc.) to trigger a postback to our tracking platform.

Is this possible to configure from within Adobe Analytics and if so, how?
