Many "Not Specifieds" in Monitor Resolution report

Any idea why we have >50% of visits with unknown screen size for non-mobile devices?

Tracking call seems normal, could not reproduce an unknown screen size. Any idea what could block those visits to track the screen size?

Are you able to break down the dimension by another technology dimension, like OS/Mobile Device/something else? I anticipate you'll find something of value by either using breakdowns or segmentation to isolate visits with unknown resolution.
