i cant see my reports

I need your help, i cant see my reports, everytime i click in one of the reports category, the tool send me this.

Its awful, take me hours to get simple information.

This happens when the administrator has not given you access to any reports or tool. Just created access to the solution.

However, I logged in and I am able to see the reports from your account. Are you logging in through Marketing Cloud?
