Coffee Break: Join us on Wednesday, April 5th at 10am PT to chat with Ben Gaines, Director of Product Management for Adobe Analytics. Ben will be online to answer your Analytics and Adobe Summit questions.

How can I measure visitors who first arrived as a social referral but who then in future return as a typed/bookmarked referral?

I'm trying to build a segment in Discover which will determine what visitors first arriving via social media, then return to our sites as a typed/bookmarked visitor.

My colleague built the segment below in relation to this question.  We apply this segment to a Referrer Type report and then drop the Website Type dimension onto the Typed/Bookmarked and Social Networks headings in the report to get an individual site count.  Are we on the right track?

Do you have the first and last touch channel/processing rules set up in Analytics? That is the way we track the cross channel behavior and it works very well.
