Flexibility to change preset date ranges (i.e. week ending)

Preset weeks in Analytics are currently set from Sunday - Saturday, however our companies standard reporting weeks run from Saturday to Friday. It would be hugely beneficial to us if this was ever able to be changed.

Could user or report suit level functionality be built in to customize the preset dates?
