I am getting the following error while accessing Analytics Sandbox.

Hi Laura, I'm afraid there isn't enough info here to help. Can you share when exactly you're getting this issue, if it just started happening, or what troubleshooting steps you've already taken to see what's wrong?
Looking at the error message alone, it appears that an admin within your organization would be better equipped to handle permissions-related issues.
