Days Since Last Visit

Hi All,

I would like to understand how the "Days Since Last Visit" dimension is calculated ?

What is the logic behind "Days Since Last Visit", how is it related to the date range of the report in analytics workspace ?

Please refer some documentation from adobe that I can read to understand.

Has any one used it ? How do you visualise it , I mean what Metric do you use along with it.
