Cannot login to forums.adobe.com ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hi!

Just wanted to complain that since the redesign of the forums, I cannot login with my old account anymore. Whenever I tried to login I got an ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Independent of culture, browser and even machine. Only solution was to create a new user id.

Since I'm not the only one, I suggest you investigate into this issue - really annoying! Took me long to find that the only workaround was creating a new user id.

Customer Support too did not react to my problem.

If you clear your cookies it works. At least for me it worked. i had to go to adobe.com and clear all cookies.

Nope didn't work. Neither clearing cache or trying different browsers. It seems to be related to the user account.
