Bounce Rate / Time on site - Odd results?
Hello,
I've built a web performance dashboard with three different segments to filter at the top. These 3 segments are supposed to capture all of the pages and visitors across the site:
However, when looking at the Bounce Rate and Time on Site metrics, I'm not getting the expected results:
If the bounce rate is bounces divided by entries and I'm capturing all entries, the total value can never be higher than ALL the segments involved.
If the average time on site is calculated by measuring the time unbounced users spent on the site, then the total value can never be lower than ALL the segments involved.
Help, please!
