Adobe Summary Number Format - MY EYES ARE BLEEDING!

Can you please explain today's release of the update to your formatting of the Summary Number format in Adobe Analytics Workspace?  I can't even affect the color palette!
This feels like a step backward in the storytelling path, not forward.  Please explain - is this a prank or a hack?

I dummied this up in the Sandbox, but still kept the headers out so you can see how stark the change was.  Is this something that will get better again?

UPDATE: OK, to be fair, I just learned from Adobe that the "bold CSS styling is a change we are making to keep our Summary viz's consistent.  We have a new one coming next month which implements the boldness.  The color should update based on your palette, so that's a bug that we'll get fixed."
