Adobe Analytics with Campaign

Hi Team, 

We would like to connect Adobe Analytics with Adobe Campaign using genesis connector, We don't see the event to map with report suite fields. Kindly help us to complete this integration. If possible, please share list of steps required to connect AA and AC.

Hi Surya,

The Adobe Campaign integration requires Numeric type events. Since all your events are Counter, they are not showing up in the dropdown. You also do not have enough events enabled in the report suite.

You can enable and change the type in the Admin > Report Suite section.
