Adobe analytics for AEM Forms

Hello Experts,

The client wants to integrate his AEM Forms server to Adobe Analytics and has the following queries.

1. Does Analytics support PDF Forms apart from HTML5 and Adaptive forms?

2. The client has an on premise installation and does not want any of the information goes outside the system to anybody for Ex: Adobe. Do we have any option where we could a create a separate data store meant for Analytics in client environment and let integrate Analytics with it to analyze the data?
