Higher Resolution Insights–Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)now includes field-based stitching and infrastructure enhancements that deliver context, clarity, and actionable insight into complex multichannel customer journeys.
Self-serve Data Deletion– TheData Repair APIenables deletion and editing of existing Adobe Analytics data, making it easier to manage sensitive customer data and reduce processing time and costs of data deletion.
Improved Analysis Experience– Enhancements to Customer Journey Analytics include Anomaly Detection, field-based stitching, the ability to backfill up to 13 months of data, global look-up support, and new out-of-the-box dimensions and metrics.
Strengthened Engagement Analysis– Streaming Media Analytics is now available for new and renewing Ultimate customers. For existing streaming media add-on customers theConcurrent Viewers panelhas been added to Analysis Workspace giving visibility into critical viewership metrics.
