


I set up a very simple alert on the # of orders. I made the criteria very lenient (alert if there is a 1% change). The tool shows that the alert would have fired 162 times in the last 7 days.
However, I am not getting any emails. I added a phone # and my gmail address to see if perhaps the alerts are getting blocked/ going to spam on my company email. I am also not getting any alerts on my phone or in gmail.
Can anyone advise on what may be going wrong?

the preview window is just a „information based on historic data“ and just an indication, it might differ from the real alerts.
but this looks as it should trigger almost every hour. i would raise an incident ticket ...
