Looking at the console, it looks like it loads several assets before the entire DOM is reloaded with other content. If you press F12 to open the console and check the 'Elements' tab, when you refresh the page, you'll see a bunch of DOM elements, then everything disappears before other stuff is reloaded. I anticipate that when all those elements disappear is when Activity map disappears.
In short, the way your site is designed is preventing Activity map from staying. You'll likely want to have a conversation with your web dev team to figure out why that happens and reach a resolution.
