Hi, I'm considering to purchase a Media Optimizer license in the near future.Can anyone please tell me the kind of support Adobe would provide to help me get started with the tool?

If you are just planning to buy the technology, After the purchase of license Adobe would train your collegues about how AMO works and would benefit your business. After the training, you can reach out to AMO tech Support with your Questions.

I'm an Account Manager that helps support clients every day. It depends on the service level you choose with your contract and the amount of support you need, Adobe offers all sorts of levels of service to make sure you have the support you need.
