Hi Marius, The new resource planner has a week view option, is there a reason this does not work for your team? I would also encourage you to vote for my related feature request to add assigned hours as a reporting object: https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014275094-Create-Assigned-Hours-as-a-Reporting-Object-to-Improve-Date-based-Forecasting I also know some Workfront users solve planned hours reporting by week by creating smaller tasks that do not span weeks.
Hello everyone, So I have been tasked to setup a resource overview. Our Content Creation Team is planning all their activities throughout the year. Other teams are not that far in implementation, so we currently focus on them, We do have a great overview of all the planned hours per user per month (Resource Planner) as well as a dashboard, to show the planned hours per project. But what we now need, is an overview of how many hours (allocation) we have planned per week for the entire team, to overall foresee bottlenecks for the whole team... I created a task report, grouping per planned completion date, but this does not resemble the actual allocation per week, which is quite a problem. I found another article on this topic "https://one.workfront.com/s/question/0D50z00006Px3t5CAB/">here and David's answer indicates, that here currently is no appropriate way to show that allocation per week. And I was wondering: did anyone of you find a workaround? Or is there anything planned to be released in the future? Thank you very much! Best, Marius Marius Uzolas HERE
