topic 'Safari' coming in browser report for an IOS (iPAD) App in Adobe Experience Cloud Mobile Questions

Hi,

I have an iPad App and implemented Adobe Analytics using the IOS SDK taken from mobilemarketing.adobe.com.

I have a dedicated report suite to the App i.e. only the iPad App is submitting data to the report suite.

When I pull the browser report in Adobe Analytics (Visitor Profile > Technology > Browsers) I just see one row with 'Safari' value in the Browser column. Also the visit metric count for Browser='Safari' is same as to the visit metric count for Mobile > Devices = 'Apple iPad ' report.

Is this all right? I mean should the Browser reports be populated even if the user's are using an iPad only not the web browser (Safari in this case).

Thanks!

Susheel
