Default social resource provider configuration is stored in /etc/socialconfig/srpc/defaultconfiguration. I would like to make this configuration environment specific. defaultconfiguration node is nt:unstructured type. How do we make the srp config environment specific?

The properties in this area should always be updated via the >Tools>Communities>Storage Configuration UI. They can be made specific to each AEM instance (author vs. publish, Dev vs. QA). Not quite sure what you mean by "environment specific" since it's possible to update them for each AEM server.

Bertrand

The storage configurations from Tools>Communities>Storage Configuration is stored under /etc/socialconfig/srpc/defaultconfiguration. We exported default configuration node to our application and whenever we install our application to different environments, default configuration gets over-written, so my question was, if it is possible to have configurations stored in application based on run-mode, so that environment specific storage configuration can be used by the server.

Hope it clarifies.
