    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;User feedback whether captured via Omniture Survey&amp;nbsp;or some other third party solution is nothing new.&amp;nbsp; However text mining and sentiment analysis while notoriously complex is a huge growth area for the future.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Omniture are missing a trick by not moving into the unstructured text analytics market - they are well placed to integrate something of this nature for the analysis and visualization of verbatim/textual (voice of customer) feedback from their own and other online survey solutions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Visualizations could range from a simple word cloud tool that overlays color to convey an attribute such as satisfaction or NPS score etc through to advanced text clustering and sentiment analysis tools&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
