This seems like such a simple thing to do, but alas I am struggling.We have a program that we are preparing to run (let's call it Program A). While this program is running, we would like a list sent to our sales reps daily. In this list, we would like there to be a list of all the leads that clicked through our email blast. We would like to filter the leads so that each rep only gets a report with their specific leads listed. We would also like the report to display lead company name, and other personal info such as phone number and email address.So, I have created the report for each rep with the smart list being "clicked link in email" as well as "lead owner email address is __". This takes care of the rep specific leads.In setup, I also sorted by Lead full name. That way, the individual lead name will actually appear. If I've created a social app within Marketo (say for a whitepaper I've just launched) and for app URL I say the "Referring page", and I want to put that app on my website, will the URL be the page on my website?e.g.I create the social App "New Whitepaper" to distribute via social networks (FB, Twitter, LI).I select "Referring Page" for the URLThe app is on the landing page I've created in Marketo for the WP where my form is  (e.g. info.company.com/whitepaper)If I want to put the app on the thank you page on my website where the pdf is (e.g. www.company.com/whitepaper-thank-you) - will the URL presented by the app be the landing page or the thank you page?(FYI - this could be made much clearer in the deep dive documents on this topic in the knowledge base)

How do you send/track through gmail's "new compose" layout? I have the marketo app installed but I can't find the "send with marketo" button when I'm using the new compose layout.Thanks!

The Unsubscribe Confirmation Page (info.COMPANY.com/UnsubscribeConfirm.html?aliId=169) displays the text "Email Unsubscribe Confirmation. You have successfully unsubscribed from further marketing emails from Marketo."I want to change "Marketo" to my company name, but can't find the landing page or directions on how to change this. Can you help?

Is it correct that if a different Engagement Program is selected in these flow steps - "Add to Engagement Program" and "Change Engagement Program Stream", the lead will be added to the new Stream of the new Program, not removed from the previous stream (and Program). Therefore, it will end up as being a member of both Engagement Programs, the previous one and the new one. Is this right?As a follow-up clarification, the way to remove a lead from the previous (or any) Engagement Program is to use the "Change Program Status" flow step with New Status = "Nurture > Not in Program". Is this correct?Thanks for confirming.

Has anyone had an issue with no emails sending from a <40K campaign? Generally, we'll see a few get hung up, but our entire list has not received an e-mail almost 30 minutes after pressing send.Thanks!

I'm wondering if this feature will take into account confirmation (operational emails) and follow up emails. Maybe make an exception for those?Also will we be able to tell Marketo that this piece of content is more important that this other piece (event invite vs a piece of content in the nurture stream).I know it's not even released yet but I'm just curious :)

When I do a Marketo course, why doesn't it keep the location of where I am and why do I keep having to start all over again even if I did the 1.5 hour course?

We implemented some custom MKTO landing page templates and they are not passing Web Page Visit activity data to MKTO.  We tested landing pages with the custom templates against the exact same landing pages using blank templates.  The blank templates pass visit data and the custom templates don't pass visit data.  We only customized the templates to mirror the site header on our corporate website.  Everything else works fine including Fills out form activity data.  However, we need the page visit data to try to measure landing page drop off.Can anyone please tell us what code on the landing page template is responsible for passing Web Page Visit data to MKTO?  Or can someone please explain how the template passes web page visit data to MKTO?Thanks in advance for any advice.

The Lead Source contraint on the Lead was Created filter has a dropdown list with the same values as in the lead record's Source field dropdown list.  However, when I set Lead Source constraint value to "is not empty", no leads are displayed.  I am not using the Date of Activity constraint, so this should be looking at all known leads in the database.  All the expected leads are displayed if I remove the Lead Source constraint form the Lead was Created filter and add the Lead Source filter.What data is the Lead Source constraint referencing?

When we fasttrack a lead to sales because a visitor fills out the form to speak to a sales representative the lead moves straight to MQL and skips over earlier stages (such as known and engaged). But, that tends to skew the conversion rates from one stage of the lead funnel to another because not every lead passes through every stage. Is there a best practice around this? Do others have leads skip earlier stages when fasttracked, or is the best practice to have them at least touch on every stage rapidly so that the funnel represents the full progression? Thanks,Michael

I'm trying to pulll an email bounce report and i'd like to include custom columns, which include the region and territory fo the company.  When I export the campaign results, it doesn't give me the option of exporting hidden fields.  How do I add these additional fields to this report?

Can you change a program's channel after a new program has been created?

I'm new to Marketo, but not new with On24.We have a webinar program synced with an On24 event taking place on July 31.  Things are synced accordingly based on Event ID and so forth.  We are getting registrations which is great but I am noticing that a handful of them are now marked as Attended!   How can that be if On24 is the one who is supposed to push that information at the conclusion of the webinar? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have added a trigger to one of my nurturing campaigns to trigger on a closed/won opportunity of a certain type. I made a dummy opportunity and saved it and have been waiting 10-15 mins for the trigger to go off. It has not. I also have a smart list which supports the campaign, with the filter "Opportunity Updated in Last 1 Day". This does not show my dummy lead attached to the opportunity. What am I missing? Does the lead have to be PRIMARY contact on the opp to be considered?

I have a stream that I have set to be triggered by an employee adding the lead or contact into a SFDC campaign, tyring to make this bullet proof and simple for the employee.So the trigger in the transition rules is add to SFDC campaign - Visitor Management - Request a 30 day trialThis is for customers who call to start a 30 day trial as apposed to filling in the online form to start the 30 day trial.With one email in the content which includes details for starting the 30 day trial my question is.... from the time I add a lead or contact to the SFDC Campaign Visitor Management - Request a 30 day trial how long does it take for Marketo to send the email that is in content out?As this email should go immediately I have not set a Stream Cadence, does this make sense?
