Hi!we are launching a big webinar campaign and i've put some information about the speakers/other events on the actual webinar registration pagethe problem is that if a person clicks these links, he will go away from the form before actually registeringis there a way to make these links open in a new tab and enable the leads to proceed with their registrations?

We have been unable to establish the connection of our Marketo instance to our Dynamics 2011 On-Premise.  Each time we enter the credentials into Marketo, we receive an "Invalid Credentials" error.  We have tried every possible combination.  The credentials and url work when logging into Dynamics directly.  Anyone else experience this problem?  If so, what did you do to resolve?

Hi,Our Sales and Marketing teams convert leads into contacts in Salesforce, and in many cases there's already an existing contact to which they can attach the lead.But when a lead is attached to the contact, the contact's score value prevails. I would like to update the contact score if the lead score is higher (for example, the lead I am converting had a score of 50 and the contact has a score of 10, I would like the score to be 50 after I've attached the lead to the contact upon conversion).The problem is that my field "score" in Salesforce is already a formula that adds "behaviour score" and "lead score", and I need to keep that addition so I can continue updating the score !Has anyone already faced this issue?Thanks!!Marie

How does everyone feel about sending out content marketing blasts on the weekends? Just curious.

I created a custom field in Marketo called Nominee's Full Name which isn't mapped to SFDC.  So the question is, I want to create an alert that tells our internal staff that a particular contact filled out that nominee form field.  Right now, my only short-term work around is creating a smart list that has the name of the person who filled out the form and the nominee form field entry, and I have to export and send it to internal staff.  Any suggestions? I wish there was a way to pull that info as a token but I didn't see it.  

We are in the process of creating a new series of landing pages. In some cases we'd like images to overlap or sit on top of other images. So far we have not been able to understand how the image hierarchy works on the landing pages. I tried to search around here without any luck.Does any have a moment to explain how we can set which images should be on top and which ones should be on the bottom? Any and all help and pointers are much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi - My company has not purchased Sales Insight for all Salesforce users.I have not been able to find a lot of information around a page layout in Salesforce for this group? We will display Lead Score, of course.What else are folks displaying for their non-sales insight users?  Is there a way to provide a link to the user so he/she will be able to see all Marketo Lead Detail somewhere (perhaps not filtered and displayed as nicely as Sales Insight does)?Thank You!

Hi there,I'm new to Marketo and I'm trying to build a subscription center for my blog.I have built the form and landing page in Marketo. Users are asked to choose one of three options: daily, weekly, or monthly:I'd like to have Marketo automatically add users to a smart list based on which option they've chosen, daily, weekly or monthly. Is there a way to do this? I used a Template Form Field called "Campaign Interest" to create that frequency menu, FYI.

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to make the Marketo Outlook plug-in create an activity in SalesForce when we send out an email to a lead in Outlook?  Is this possible?

We currently use the social form fill widget on our forms for English speaking markets.  My question is what if you are using this on a landing page configured for a foreign language?  All the prompts and feedback of this plugin are in English.  Can that be changed?

Hi,I have created a 3 track (early, mid, late) nurture campaign and am struggling with the transition rules.  What I hope to acheive is that when content is exhausted in one stream, the lead will automatically be moved to the next stream.  I am sure this is a simple one, any help would be appreciated.ThanksJason

Hello,I am a new Marketo user, who came from using Eloqua in my past role.  Trying to figure out the Engagement Program streams, and I am stumped on the cadence piece.  I want to set the cadence for my first stream at 48 hours between emails, but I only see weekly or monthly options.  I saw an earlier post that said this was possible, but I didn't see any instructions on how to do this.If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.  Thanks.

When you clone a program, why do the URLs for the new landing pages "build" on top of the last set of URLs?  For example, for my webinar template, the end of the registration page URL looks like this:/Webinar-CleanTemplate_Registration.htmlWhen I cloned the program template to create a new webinar, the new registration page URL looks like this:/WebinarIFRS13092613_Webinar-CleanTemplate_Registration.htmlThe new webinar title/name is thrown at the beginning, but the old webinar title/name remains in the URL. So, I have to go into each one and clean it up.  Why doesn't this just change/update automatically through cloning?  Is there something I need to do in the cloning process to help this happen correctly?  

Is there a way to define Flow actions based on multiple conditions such as "If Score > X" AND "If Member of List Y", then <do blah>?From what I can see, I must define separate Smart Campaigns that filter out audiences in the Smart List, then define Flow actions based on single conditions. That seems rather clunky for maintenance.Any insights much appreciated.

Hi,I am swamped with email requests at the moment and find myself going back-and-forth with what email templates would work best for what emails.Do any of you have a good way you list/display email templates to co-workers so that they can just pick from the very beginning and not have to keep creating new emails with different templates?Thanks!

Is there a way to report on how many leads are being passed from Inside Sales to Outside Sales each month if you don't have Revenue Cycle Analytics? We have our RCM set up but I can't see how to get the data we need out of it. Thanks!

From my understanding the 'Lead Score' is made up of a lead's 'Behavioral Score' and 'Demographic Score.'  Does this mean that a +5 'Demographic Score' and a +10 'Behavioral Score' would increase a lead's 'Lead Score' by +15?I have the Spark edition of Marketo.  Is there a resource that explains the scoring difference between what Spark offers compared to the editions with 'Advanced Lead Scoring?' 

We have built out an engagement program and are going to be setting up some linkedin advertising that's going to go to a stand alone landing page. We want anyone who converts on that landing page to go into the engagement program. For reporting purposes should we be building the landing page assets (forms, landinge pages etc) inside of the engagement program or should this be it's own standalone program that we could report on seperately and set up one smart campaign inside our engement program to listen and grab anyone who converts on the landing page?

Hi there,I am slowing working my way through the learning process, and though I completed the Drip, Drip, Nurture leaning activity: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L7cYI am not sure I understand stream Cadence....Lets say I put 3 emails in the stream - are these three emails supposed to be different (ie person A gets email 1, person B gets email 2 etc) OR are they supposed to be sequencial (ie person A gets email 1, then 2 and so on down the list).Assuming they are sequential, does "Repeats" mean that, if I choose "weekly", email 1 goes out week 1, email 2 goes out week 2 and so on, until they end of the stream - and then the correspondence stops sending altogether?Thank you, and appologies for being so green!

For a survey campaign we sent out yesterday (9/26/2013) the links to the survey (when sent from Marketo) appear to have been malformed.
