Does anyone have experience with SFDC and Sugar and know the major differences in the Marketo integration?  I know there's never going to be anything better than a native SFDC integration.  From the initial research I've done it looks like Sugar has the basic integration needs nailed (opportunity integration, Marketo data showing up in Sugar, etc.).But are there any major shortcomings in the integration for someone that is used to a Marketo/Salesforce.com integration? For example: Can you define lead thresholds in marketo campaigns and only send leads over to Sugar that have met the defined point threshold? Will Sugar CRM show Marketo-based activities such as email views, opens, web activity, in a SUMMARIZED clean format? (i.e. “user clicked email” or User viewed web page”)  I saw a tutorial and it looks like they list ALL the marketo updates (i.e. every lead score change, so it looked a little messy) Within Marketo sales alert emails, can you link to the lead/contact record in S

Is there an easy way to hyperlink tokens that aren't "system" tokens? Every time I try to add a token that I created as a link, a description still seems to come up in the email as the hyperlink. The preview looks fine, and the HTML does not seem to have the "hidden" or default text. But when I test the email, the only hyperlinked text is "Event Details"-- which does NOT appear in my email text while editing.

What subscription is SMB-Standard? I'm looking at what comes with each subcription (calendar) and I can't match SMB-Standard to any current subscription name.Is this a version of Standard?Does it come with Calendar?The question is raised because I don't see calandar in the instance. So SMB-Standard must be something different than the versions I see on the Marketo site - Spark, Standard ect...

Are pre-populated COUNTRY or STATE tags available for import?

Hi,I have a scenario where after sending an initial email I need to check if certain field of the Lead has been updated or not .If yes , then I have to wait for certain period and then send a second email.I am not able put any conditional wait step in the middle of the Flow , nor  I am able to get if there is any way to put Trigger in the middle of the flow.Kindly suggest if there is any workaround available to configure this scenario.Thanks,Amit Makhija

Is it possible to link one Marketo instance to two seperate instances of Salesforce?

I have looked for an explanation in support, but cannot find one.  I presume 'click email' means clicking on a link in an email, but it's possible that an email has no embedded links. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. 

We have several legacy programs that were set up as an "operational" channel - not sure why, as they aren't internal, but are production, customer facing programs, like a website lead capture.  So, a more appropriate channel type would be 'website'Does the channel type 'operational' have any special meaning within Marketo? Hi Community!We currently use non-marketo forms on non-marketo pages (our own forms on our website). But, we have the Munchkin tracking code in place. Leads are being added, but I'm not able to see which form they filled out. In order to see this information on a lead's record, do I have to be using a Marketo form? Or, is there other tracking code or API possibilities for grabbing that from our form submission?Thanks!Lily

Whenever an Opportunity is set to Closed Won in Salesforce, an email alert is sent to certain internal email addresses.I'd like this email to include information about the Opportunity (specifically: a SFDC link to the Opportunity or Account and the $ value of the Opportunity). I've added default tokens in the email like Account Name and Owner but there are no default Opportunity tokens available.Does anyone have an idea of how to include these values in those emails?

Hi,I would like to see in my Calendar not only the Campaigns that I have launched, but also the scheduled ones.  For example: If I set up a Webinar campaign and I send the first invite today, I am also scheduling 2 or 3 reminders (defined in the flow of a smart campaign).I wish to see those scheduled reminders in the calendar as well to help me avoid overlapping other emails in those days. Does anyone know how can I make activate the view of scheduled emails/campaign in the Calendar?Many thanks,Mihai

Hi there,My company would like me to go on a Marketo training course with the eventual goal being that I become Marketo Certified. Ideally, I would like to do this in a classroom setting rather than online. Does anyone know of any locations that do Marketo courses in the UK or, at a stretch, Ireland? 

Would love to see a "Clear all" funtion in Reports -> Setup -> Selected Emails, Email Filter.  It would be much simpler than scrolling through the whole list to make certain the correct ones are unchecked.

As far as I can tell, email objects have no use because you cant pull them into programs. 

Can you insert a form into an email or is this just for landing pages?

We are integrating Salesforce with Marketo and followed the Marketo integration guide to sync the fields. We noticed that the custom fields we created in Salesforce are now on their own tab in Marketo, rather than allowing to sync with the custom Marketo fields that had already been created. Now we have duplicate fields in Marketo.This doesn't seem right. Has anyone run into this? And if so, how would you recommend removing the duplicate fields and syncing with the already-present Marketo custom fields?Thanks in advance!

I am new to Marketo and am trying to download the Marketo app in Salesforce.  I have the Salesforce Enterprise edition.  When I watch the Marketo demo on SFDC integration, it says to go to go to Salesforce AppExchange and download the Marketo app.  When I go to Salesforce AppMarketplace and search for Marketo (as the demo video shows), there is no Marketo app.  Any suggesitons?

Does anyone use multiple ESPs in conjunction with Marketo? If so, how do you manage unsubscribes across all systems?

Instead of extra DNS resolutions and SSL negotiation, I'd prefer to bundle the marketo javascript code into our build process.Is there any harm in doing so? Or does it need to be hosted by marketo for updates and releases.I could make sure that a new version is pulled down each build, but how much risk is involved that marketo could change?

Does anyone know what happens when you have multiple RTP campaigns set to affect a single visitor? Which takes priority? For example, if I have a geo-targeted campaign and a named account campaign, and someone from a named account within that specific geo visits, which campaign would they be served?

We have created a program in Marketo that assigns a task to the lead owner if a field is changed in salesforce.Data Value Changes > Create Task and assign to lead owner.However, all get assigned instead to out salesforce admin.What could be the issue?
