We would like to link a recurring webinar (GTW integration) with one marketo campaign. The thing is that when a person signs up for the recurring webinar they should only be associated with the closest upcoming occurance and not with all furture webinars. It does not seem that this is currently posstible - what is the best work around anyone has found without having to create new campaigns each time.

Hi everyone,We have a number of workspaces and partitions in our edition of Marketo, and this maps through to SFDC.  However, for some reason we have a large number of SFDC fields (400+) syncing across.  What I wanted to know was - can we pick and chose what syncs across by workspace/partition?  Or am I able to have a full sync on one workspace/parition and then have a rule set so only MQL's are sync'd across in another workspace/parition?Any help would be much appreciated :-)ThanksJuli

We recently launched Marketo to our Sales team, and our Leadership has made engagement a top priority for 2015.  Is there a way that the Marketing team can measure adoption amongst the Sales team?  We have approximately 140 Sales team members using the system, and we would love to be able to measure usage by team member.  Is there a way to do that? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

I'm trying to figure out how to track if a lead visits our Twitter page, Facebook page, etc. But I am not familiar with querystrings, and the only help articles include them. What do you use to track if a lead is visiting a social site? I want to set it up as an Interesting Moment.

I created a program in marketo, and in the program I created a campaign with a Change Score item in flow, when the campaign was run,I found that there was two times to set the leads's score, the first time's Activity Type is Change Data Value ,and the second time's Activity Type is Change Score.I don't know why that happened, and is that right?Anybody know that? Thanks

Hi There,I'm just wondering how you guys deal with people who opt out of a line of communication, but then do something that gets them readded to that list. For example, say someone opts out of receiving webinar communications. The way we do webinars, consumers need to fill out a very basic form to access it or the video afterwards. They are then added to our database and signed up for future webinar communications. We could add some logic like "if data value for webinar communications changed to false in x amount of time, don't sign them up for that".Or maybe we could make it clear that they will be signed up for whatever list and allow them to opt out of that on the form itself.I'm not entirely sure what direction to take on it and would love to hear about how people do this at their workplaces. Thanks!

Hi!We have a nurture program that houses our quarterly campaigns. Each quarter a new stream is added. The leads are not automatically carried over, the field adds leads they want included each quarter. However, because it is all housed in one engagement program and therefore one SFDC campaign. They aren't able to see who is involved per quarter, just overall member number. Any suggestions on the best way to allow them to see this information on the SFDC side? Thanks!Kim

We are interested in learning more about the Learning Passport? Thoughts, personal experience?Any info the community can share would be appreciated. Thanks - Jenn

Hi everyone,Whenever I input leads from Data.com, zero is entered into the Annual Revenue field for some reason. I set up a Change Data Value Trigger to watch for whenever this happens and tried to delete the entry with the following Flow step. It doesn't delete the value, however. Does anyone know how to eliminate this from happening?

Say i want to move an image back to where it was, or under a color change on a border. How do I 'control Z' that?TIm

Hello!Does anyone know of a way of using a marketo form on a non-marketo page to collect lead information WITHOUT tracking them?Use case: Our team in Australia are running a partner event, and we want to register people on the door. They dont have access to tablets so cannot use the app, and they want to have a laptop open with our registration page and have people complete this before entering. The problem being we dont want that machine to cookie those leads, as any future activity on that computer will incorrectly be associated to a number of leads. We are using a non marketo page (with munchkin code) and a global form. If we remove the munchkin code from the page will this work? and will doing this correctly create the lead?David

HI, I am tring to integrate Marketo with Java App using REST. I need to send different kinds of emails to customers. Java app has user profile and email attribtues like subject and body.   .. .SInce i dont want to hardcode campaign ids into java application, Is there any way that we can send mails to contacts just creating  those new contacts in Marketo without requesting any campaigns? Much appreciated your help.

We mainly use MS Access and MSSQL, but are looking to have a Marketo installation in another part of the company.  I can do some of what I need to do using the API (using the Sandbox at the moment), but there are occasions when direct access would be easier so need an ODBC driver (or similar).  Any ideas?

Has anyone been able to export details from a Marketo form.E.g. Fn, Ln, Email, Questions etc.How can we best extract form submission details in excel in marketo

HI,Is it possible to pass Html & JS content as part of token to a email template?

Hello community,I am trying to figure out if there is a way to create a report that would be sent/subscribed to by email, or somehow setup in SFDC (for sales users who don't have Marketo access), which would do the following:Shows a list of the leads who received a specific MSI emailAbility to sort this by the person who sent the email (not necessarily the lead owner)Not sure if this is even possible, but would love to hear your feedback!

I am creating interesting moments based on links clicked on our webpages. These links go to recorded videos/webinars, the links all start the same. Is there a token that I could include that will add that link into the interesting moment? My smart list is: clicks link on webpage > contains> xxxx. My flow is: Interesting moment> type=web>Description =Watched Video (i would like a way to insert the actual lead clicked here)

I was able to follow the instructions to create a custom service and to then to get an access token via the identity service. But then when trying to list files (or any other action) I get the following response:    {    "errors": [        {            "code": "703",            "message": "Feature is not enabled for the subscription"        }    ],    "requestId": "<id>",    "success": false} The documentation has a list of error codes, but 703 is not listed.Has anyone seen this error or now how to resolve it? Do you have to pay more to access the REST API? (If it matters, our subscription type is listed as “Marketo Enterprise Customer”.)

I'm curious if you simply use them to report out I have x amount of anonymous leads in the funnel, or if there are other ways you have found to effectively segment them in reports systematically. Thanks!-Andrew

I'm using the new mobile landing page release and I love it.  I am using the functionality to change my landing page banner to a mobile-friendly version (shorter & narrower design) and it's awesome on a mobile device.  However, I then noticed that when I re-size my desktop window the banner changes to the mobile version somewhere around 1000px and appears to be about 50% of the 480px banner size.  As I continue to re-size the window smaller and get to the 480px width, the rest of the page re-renders and the banner graphic is then full size and looks great.  I'm curious if the page renders on a smaller monitor (~1000px) if they'll have a poor experience; or better yet, if there's a way to fix this?Anyone else seeing this issue?

I have a series of landing pages for an SEM campaign and on the thank you page we would like to embed a code for tracking specific tags and search words. What would be the best way to do this?

Hi people I came across a weird issue today with a smart list not excluding people using the "not contains" filter (I was specifically excluding a group of email addresses). A colleague of mine told me to order the Filters in the Smart List to group all the AND statements together in one group with the OR statements at the end where possible Example - we had the following initially 1 and 2 and (3 or 4 or 5 or 6) and 7 and 8 and 9 and 10It still contained a particular lead even though I had specifically excluded his email address (and also tried the "not contains" as well). So we re-arranged the items (the OR's 3-7) in the smart list to the bottom (Now placed at 7-10) and then set the filters it to be like this: 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 and (7 or 8 or 9 or 10)It worked - the lead was not in the Smart List anymore. I've never had to do this before and always got the numbers I was looking for as long as I was using parenthesis in the right places. Could i

Is there an easy way to wrap text around an image?

It is possible, with progressive forms, to create a logic where when a new prospect sees the form for the first time he's presented 7 form fields and at every other visit (second, third step) we only present 4 form fields? For example:Step 1: EmailFirst nameLast namePhoneCompanyIndustryJob Title Step 2:Email new custom field 1new custom field 2new custom field 3Step 3:Emailnew custom field 4new custom field 5new custom field 6
