Hi,Recently, I have updated Chrome  to 38.0.2125.101 m and CRXDE Lite (http://localhost:4503/crx/de/index.jsp) page fails to load since. Everything works fine for other browsers (FF, IE) though. I'm not the only developer, facing this issue in our team.Just wanted to ask, if it is a known issue, may be some hotfix/workaround is available?I'm using AEM 5.6.1.

Hi,We are using AEM 5.6.1 with cq-socialcommunities-pkg-1.4.186 installed for introducing comments on our website. The basic setup works fine and we want to customize the comment form now.Which is the best method to add required fields like "name" and "email" for a comment post, including error handling [1]. Hello,I am using AEM 6.0 (not SP1).My problem is quite simple, I have an asset share page linked to an asset editor, and sometimes I just can't edit them (sidekick invisible, not minimized, drop zones not displayed, ...)I really do not know why sometimes I can edit them and sometimes not, I am always logged as admin, and already tried to activate/deactivate the pages.

Hello Team, I have created custom Carousel  for slide show for images. it is working fine and facing some issues with face book/twitter shares. The issue is that am not able to share particular image in slideshow. We are using OG meta tags for image shares. how i can update  my OG tags content with out refresh/reload page. Hi,In Multidomain CQ mappings and Apache configuration, there's an internalRedirect defined that has two values:geometrixx.com: {    sling:internalRedirect: ["/content/geometrixx/en"],    jcr:primaryType: "sling:Mapping",    redirect: {        sling:internalRedirect: ["/content/geometrixx/en/$1","/$1"],        jcr:primaryType: "sling:Mapping",        sling:match: "(.+)$"    }}How does Sling interpret such multi-value internal redirects?Thanks in advance.

We have configured SAML authentication handler to authenticate users to access page on publisher. Authentication handler has “PATH” property which refer to repository content path for which this authentication handler to be used. Authentication works fine if I access content within that path with complete repository path. But when I use vanity URL of page to access it, then authentication is not working. I get blank page.   Is there any configuration required to make authentication work for vanity URL?We use AEM 5.6.1. 

CQ5 uses dc:format to denote the mime-type of the asset. (http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/current/dam/metadata_for_digitalassetmanagement.html)I have a custom dc:format for a video : video/vnd.xxxx.brightcove. And i have a custom video dam asseteditor for this created under "/apps/dam/content/asseteditors/video/vnd/tvnz/brightcove/" to override "/libs/dam/content/asseteditors/video". In damadmin's search tab, if i search for videos and from the result of videos returned, when i click to open the video, it opens in the default asseteditor and the left panel shows no 'Type' info. (although dc:format property is available on the asset metadata). Here's the wierdness -> when you now refresh this page, it re-loads in the custom video dam asseteditor. There is a workaround for this - if you ensure that the video asset has a property "dam:MIMEtype", it opens in the correct video dam asseteditor everytime and it shows the 'Type' correctly to be 'video/vnd.xxxx.brightcove' in the left pane.

I am needing to configure the translation tool in CQ to allow translations for en_GB and en_US, but I am having no luck.I add the languages to /etc/languages, and they do show as columns but when I enter data and save they are not actually saved. Hi,I've run into an issue while trying to create a custom OSGI bundle that solves the following problem:We have a list of several thousand keys in a CSV file that need to point to specific pages, and then render the content of that page.Conceptually, I believe I understand how I'm supposed to do it:The OSGI bundle runs in the background, available for a *.JSP to reference.The bundle loads the CSV*, parsing the key->value from the JSP that was referenced. (eg. 54, /path/to/the/requested/resource)The bundle then renders the resource out as part of the request.* I know the second step needs refinement (it should be loaded after the server loads, and remain in memory until it's shut down; we don't want to thrash the HDD and memory is much faster but for now this is mainly for a proof of concept.)I should add that I'm pretty lousy when it comes to Java programming but using various tutorials I've managed to return a string so far. Hello,I am having issue using default login component from foundations/components/login. When I use this in my site, it works fine with correct login credentials but it redirects to default geomatrix site login page "/content/geometrixx/en/toolbar/account/login.html" when passing incorrect login credentials.I then defined cug:loginPage="login page path" property to my home node, it worked fine only one time but when I have querystring in url "login page path?resource=%2Fcontent%2Fsitename%2Flogin.html&$$login$$=%24%24login%24%24&j_reason=invalid_login" , then it goes to "login page path + /j_security_check" page and displays "invalid_login" with 403 forbidden status code in fiddler. So user is not getting redirected to login page with j_reason=invalid_login from j_security_check when I pass incorrect login credentials. Can anyone help with this issue? This is urgent issue so I will appreciate if I can get any help soon.Thank you so much!

Hi there, I'm using the CQ5.6.1 and try to create a component config dialog with a "pathfield" item,I configured "regex" & "regexText" for this pathfield for the validation purpose, however when I saved code changeand tried to update&save this pathfield, I got a JS error "Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function".Then I checked the JS source code, seems related with the following code section from libs/cq/ui/widgets.min.js:-----------------------------        if (this.regex && !this.regex.test(a)) {            g.push(this.regexText)        }        return g-----------------------------  With the debug info I found the regex is String instead of RegExp object, so caused ".test" method with "undefined" error.It should be a defect, please take a look and give a fix patch for the later release.Regards.

Hello,in our project we are using MSM and live copies for different languages. After some time we run into a problem that values in a page properties dialog are not shown. After some analysis we found out that a request to /content/mywebsite/de/jcr:content.infinity.json returns HTTP 300 "multiple choices" with a list of json links instead of page properties. Further analysis showed that the reason for that was a "JSON Max results" configuration property of the org.apache.sling.servlets.get.DefaultGetServlet. Changing this property to1000 solved our issue. However it was a workaround. The main problem was a huge amount of *_msm_moved_<number> nodes under jcr:content node, for example xsmall_msm_moved_103: { sling:resourceType: "foundation/components/image", fileReference: "/content/dam/mysite/images/teasers/img_teaser.jpg/jcr:content/renditions/cq5dam.thumbnail.240.240.teaser.png", jcr :primaryType: "nt:unstructured" }Unfortunately, we cannot find any documentation in MSM about it

I have a requirement to extend fields on images, and to add some custom logic, so I have created a structure shown in the image here:[img]assetEditor.png[/img]This works for adding extra fields, but I also need a custom logic that will look for if the main image is selected on the current image, and check current folder, and remove main image check from image that has that selected.Is this possible to implement and how? I am using TarMK with SP2 and Hotfix 5779 (oak: 1.0.11)I have a custom index /content/site/oak:index/custom-indexWhen I request a re-index all documents are present. But roughly a day later the documents are gone again. What backend process would I need to watch out for?Any help greatly appreciated, we are using this already in production.

Suppose I have my replication set up in such a way that from author it will go to publish1 and from publish1 to various other publishers.Suppose pages are activated from author to publish1 and status turns green in author but the pages are not actually published. If second activations (from publish1 to publish2, publish3 etc) are stuck in queue, then page may or may not be available in live site. In this case user will complain that pages are activated in author.How should this be handled.

We need to set a title on a root folder in the DAM without changing the system name.  I was told that this is not possible on nt:folder nodes.   What can we do?
