What does these lines suggest and when does it happen? In our environment we see continuously 1000's of lines continuously for /etc/i18n nodes and cache gets overwritten continuously. During this time pages does not respond and time out. What causes or triggers these warnings? Hi ,I have created widget node -> xtype : selection , type : radio , name , field Label . It has subnode -> Options : type cq:WidgetCollection and the 'Options' has  nodesof type nt:unstrutured , properties text and value. I am working on customizing the Form Checkbox Group. This form checkbox group basically contain a multified where you can add number of checkboxes. This multified is of default text-field type. The need is to replace this textfield to a rich-text, so that the text in it will have the rich text capabilities. I have edited the checkbox component and added a field-config node of cq:Widget type and xytpe rich-text. On dialog level the textfield got replaced with richtext which in case is the need. The problem is after refresing the page, first time on editing the dialog the rich text works ok. But on editing second time it throws a JS error Uncaught Type error: cannot set property ‘value ’of undefined on richtext.js available at /libs/cq/ui/widgets/source/widgets/form/RichText.js. This was the one work around I did, but got stuck. Is there any other work around for this or any solution approach to handle this error.

Hi masters!I'm involved in a DAM project with AEM 5.6.1.I would like to use the DAM interface functionality to activate/deactivate assets, including the 'activate later' option, but with a custom replication actions. I mean, I don't want to replicate assets from author instance to publish instance. Instead, for example, I would like to copy the original file and the thumbnails to a SFTP server (this is just an example).Is there a way to do it?I've been reviewing the com.day.cq.replication javadoc, and maybe this question is related to com.day.cq.replication.Agent, but... I don't know...Do you have any reference to implement this requirement?Thank you very much!Julio.

cq:actionConfigs seems like a useful approach for some work I need to do. This page https://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/javadoc/com/day/cq/wcm/msm/api/ActionConfig.html lists a Java class of that name as being deprecated, but this page https://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/developing/components.html doesn't say anything about that. Is the functionality deprecated? Is there a replacement approach for getting this functionality? Thanks

Hithe link checker has a limit of 128 links for a given target host. We have two large systems with a lot of related content and the limit is ridiculously low. Is there a way to remove this limitation? The majority of our links to the second system are then rendered as text ....Matteo

Can you share how to start in this way if any one of you tried.

CQ ConfigAdmin picks a folder based on the runmode like if runmode was author & dev, it will pick config.author.dev folder automatically. I have a usecase where-in my custom service is supposed to use two different set of properties based on whether its day or night. I know we could have an if-else in service itself and taking a superset of all the parameters, so wondering if runmode can help me here. Like if I create two different folders say config.author.dev.day & config.author.dev.night and then creating under each of it osgi:config node same as PID of my service. This will make it more flexible but have not found a way to do the same so far. Can you help?

Hi,  I have created the OSGI bundle for opencsv jar and put it in fleix console.I couldn't able to import the class file in my apps ??Then I used JSoup jar ,for that i downloaded the sources and put in the project under apps and deployed it .I can able to use the methods from that jsoup java class now but it showing this exception "exception “Could not initialize class org.jsoup.nodes.Entities$EscapeMode java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.jsoup.nodes.Entities$EscapeMode”" . Please suggest me a solution.Its very urgent Thanks in advance.

Hi ,In the release notes of  CQ 5.5 (http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/5-5/release_notes/platform_widgets.html?cq_ck=1385892461250#comments-ba8t-hi_in_the_above)it is mentioned that  Multifield widget is improved to support drag and drop (37469 - Improved Multifield with drag and drop and UI optimization) . But I did not found the way to use the multified for *image* drag drop in any of documentation .  Could you please let me know how we can use multified for image drag and drop (we need *example / Documentation* for this). In my custom authentication handler I'm trying to authenticate user without knowing his password using third party user directory. I can\t store users password inside the CQ so I need a way to pass user through the stack knowing just his name/id.I used to handle those kind of problems with trust_credentials_attribute set in the repository.xml. Here is the issue i am facing.I created one CQ page called home with home template. allowedPaths of this template is "/content/app-name(/.*)?". This template is rendering the content properly. There is no issue at this situations. But when i create any child page under home(Parent page). The parent is get effected like, it is landing in blank page..Even there is no error message to track. It start to works if i remove the created child page under home(Parent page).The issue is also happening when i do copy/paste any page into home page.The issue is with child page. I don't know why it is behaving so. I blindly restarted my server because of this issue but no luck still the problem persist.Is it because of any internal OSGI bundle issue? Has anyone ever before faced issue is this?Please guide me to resolve this issue?Thanks

Hi,Currently I am using CQ5.5 for our application and I have customized the search component as well.In our application this search functionality is working on digital assets and I have uploaded only pdf documents in DAM.Where I am searching the keyword "settlement" against a document, not getting the result though the PDF document contains the word. If I search for "atm", I am getting the result.I am  getting the same issue when, I am trying to perform fulltext search operation from the 'damadmin' fulltext search option url: http://localhost:4502/damadmin and context explorer search option as well.Please suggest. Thanks,Debal Das

Hi All, I  need to migrate 52,000+ records to CQ5 . I am confused that whether I should go for cq:page or nt:unstructured nodes for these records.Going for pages will help us in maintaining and authoring these records. We also have to execute  full text search on these nodes or pages. My query is whether going for cq:page structure will add extra overhead for CQ?

Hi,I am trying to access workflow instance node for checking some property (this is being set in previous step). I tried using workItem for getting workflow instance node inside check()var path = workItem.getWorkflow.getId(); // workItem is not available --- tried graniteWorkItem as wellNode wfNode = workflowSession.getSession().getItem(path);//Then I can do hasProperty on that node. Using AEM 5.6.1...I'm able to authenticate successfully using Facebook while in authoring mode.  Once the configuration is moved to the publish instance, the sign in doesn't ever bring up the Facebook website to authorize the app and it logs the user in as anonymous.  Also the popup window does not close itself in this case.  I did notice that when I would go to crx/de, my Facebook user would be logged in there.  Another strange behavior is that Facebook login was working until I applied the hotfix for twitter cq-5.6.1-hotfix-3408.Can someone provide a list of steps for pushing Cloud Service configurations from author to production?  I've already followed the ones outlined here? http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/administering/social_communities/social_connect.htmlThanksDavid
