Hi,

I'm trying to run two experiences on the same page (product page) and run them mutually exclusively. Is this possible? I've seen posts about running two experiences across the same site and have them be mutually exclusive here: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/target/kb/How_to_Exclude_one_A-B_test_traffic_from_another_A-B_test.html

TIA

Hello <LI-USER uid="17380138"></LI-USER>

Yes you can create mutually exclusive activities in this case. Since the activities would be for the same page, you can either allocate a specific percentage of traffic to each activity and achieve the exclusivity by avoiding same visitor entering the other activity or you can keep the logic of assigning a specific group to each visitor in the profile script (Example here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target-learn/tutorials/audiences/create-profile-scripts.html?lang=en#audiences). In both cases, use audience targeting accordingly.

Here the assumption is that the two experiences are in different locations on the same page with different audience targeting so there should not be any collisions though you would still like to ensure there's no activity collision happening (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/experiences/vec/activity-collisions.html?lang=en#experiences).
